During the faculty week different events and competitions such as debate, quiz and football match was the program of the week.

The faculty week was an amazing and entertaining week in the school because students from different faculties are to represent their respective faculties during events or competitions.

On the day of debate which was the first day of the competition, some student opposed while some supported the motion which says “Leveraging on censorship in mass media and social networks to control the kind of content that is posted on the social media platform” This particular topic was used to determine which faculty will make it to the final. They all did their best, but just two faculties made it to the final.

On the Second day(Quiz Competition), a winner is expected after three rounds of questions and answers, and the faculty of Art and Humanities emerged as the winner of the Quiz.

The third day was football match which happened to be both male and female. In the female match, the faculty of ART &HUMANITIES where in male faculty of APPLIED SCIENCE & ENGNEERING won.

The Fourth day was one of the days that student enjoyed most because learning is part of what happened on that day. It was the seminar day and guest speaker was Mr. C. S ANANTI a member of Nigerian navy. Student learned a lot as he lectures them on “Five decision that guarantee success in life “. One of his point was for success to occur you must build an environment for it, and it starts from restarting your mind.

The Last day was the day of the final student were more prepared than expected from both the opposing and the supporting side, they all gave their point which left the judge with no option but announce there was no winner.

“It is not knowledge but the act of learning not the possession of but the act of getting there which grants the greatest enjoyment”

In IAEC University Togo, students do not just learn, but also involved learning.

According to BEN FRANKILN he said “Tell me and I will forget, teach me and I will remember, involve me and I will learn” What we learn with pleasure, we never forget.
